Terms of Service
1. Scope of Work
R&M Roofing Co. provides specialized commercial and residential roofing services including new roof installation, leak repair, maintenance, and gutter services. The specific deliverables, materials, and timeline for any project will be outlined in a separate, written proposal provided to the client following a site inspection.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure materials and schedule the project. The remaining balance is due upon final inspection and project completion. Any structural surprises found during tear-off (such as wood rot) or additional requests outside the original scope will be quoted and approved separately.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the property, securing pets, and moving vehicles or sensitive items away from the work perimeter to ensure safety during tear-off and installation phases.
4. Liability & Warranty
R&M Roofing Co. (Lic #1106318) operates fully licensed and insured. We are committed to high safety standards and excellent craftsmanship. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural decay or damages caused by severe acts of nature outside of our standard labor warranty.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, operating out of San Diego County.
